DeAnnah has 10+ years of experience in equitable hiring, retention, engagement, diversity education, and career development. DeAnnah partners with nonprofits and education institutions to provide career development and college readiness workshops that educate, equips, and empowers disadvantaged youth with the resources needed to create a successful plan for their life. High school students learn how to strategically leverage their high school years to leverage college opportunities and college students learn how to prepare for career success. Students also learn how to increase their earning potential through a college education while strategizing for career success and discover how to build wealth through entrepreneurship. DeAnnah is a member of the Forbes Coaches Council, a partner with Fortune 500 companies, and has been featured in a variety of media outlets including Voyage Houston.
